Shipping policy

Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 business days from the order date to receive your order. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We do not offer express or expedited shipping services for online orders at this time.

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO addresses. Tracking information will be sent via email to the address used at checkout once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Signature Confirmation: Any order containing luggage or with a total value of $200.00 or more will automatically include delivery with signature confirmation. This is for your protection to ensure safe delivery of high-value items.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

International Orders: At this time, we only ship to domestic addresses. Please contact us for any inquiries regarding international shipping options.
